Quality Control System
We implement a unified strict quality control system for all products from our partner mills. Based on mill original inspection, we add secondary re-inspection and full-process traceability management to ensure every batch of goods meets international standards and customer requirements.

Raw Material & Refining Control
All cooperating steel mills strictly implement raw material inspection upon entering the furnace, LF refining + vacuum degassing process, and strictly control harmful impurities. A composition test report is issued for each furnace of molten steel.

Production Forming Control
Standardized continuous casting and rolling processes, with parameters monitored throughout the entire process, prevent defects such as cracks, shrinkage cavities, and dimensional deviations.

Mill Finished Inspection
All steel undergoes comprehensive testing before leaving the factory, and comes with an original MTC warranty certificate to ensure compliance with relevant national/international standards.

Warehouse Incoming Re-inspection
After the goods arrive at the warehouse, we will sample and verify the dimensional tolerances, appearance quality, and material markings, and check the original manufacturer's warranty certificate to prevent unqualified products from entering the warehouse.

Processing Quality Control
For deep processing orders, processing tolerances are precisely controlled according to customer requirements, and dimensional, appearance, and flaw detection re-inspections are completed after processing.

Pre-shipment Verification & Traceability
All batches undergo visual inspection before loading, supporting authoritative third-party quality inspections such as SGS/BV; complete traceability records are maintained for each batch of goods, supporting full-process query.
