The company operates 3 PLC fully intelligent medium-frequency quenching & tempering heat treatment production lines, 3 centerless turning, chamfering, straightening and burnishing bright bar production lines, 9 centerless grinding bright bar production lines, as well as fully automatic drawing & plating production lines.
Relying on high-quality special steel from Jiyuan Iron & Steel and the technical reserves of Huan Bogu, we aim to build a global manufacturing base for high-strength fasteners. With a total investment of RMB 1 billion, the annual production capacity of high-strength fasteners reaches 400,000 tons.
Product Specification Range: Ø3–120 mm Dimensional precision: within 0.03 mm Straightness: within 0.05 mm/m Excellent surface quality. The products are mainly applied to precision instrument components, various precision automotive shafts, motor shafts, fan shafts, printer shafts, fluid valve spools, screws & nuts, pipe fittings, etc.
The company is equipped with domestically leading high-speed cold heading machines, ball polishing machines and heat treatment production lines. We can supply pre-grinding steel balls with diameters from 5.953 mm to 31.75 mm, with an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons.
The company is equipped with five sets of Ø1200 inverted wire drawing units. These units are mainly fitted with in-line shot blasting equipment for wire rods, eddy current testers for detecting surface defects of wire rods, grinding equipment for wire rod surface defect repair, and inverted take-up units.
The annual output of high-end forgings exceeds 150,000 tons. We provide customized production of forged round bars, stepped shafts, blocks and other products with a single weight up to 40 tons and maximum length within 20 meters. Supporting services including annealing, normalizing, quenching & tempering heat treatment, rough machining and finish machining are available.
The company plans to build a domestically leading production base for high-alloy seamless steel pipes with a designed annual capacity of 500,000 tons. The first-phase project intends to construct an internationally advanced medium Φ127 Assel three-roll retained mandrel pipe mill with double mandrels, filling the gap in the production of high-end seamless steel pipes in central and western China.
The company currently boasts more than 10 automatic production lines centered on 2,500-ton and 1,600-ton intelligent hot forging presses, with an annual supply capacity of over 50,000 tons of high-end precision forgings. Our core business focuses on precision forging for third-generation automotive hub bearings, covering a complete industrial chain integrating R&D, production, sales and full-lifecycle services.
