Project Background: As a major underground coal base in Henan, the mine operates fully mechanized mining faces and long-distance belt conveyors. The underground environment features high humidity, mine water corrosion, heavy dust and frequent alternating impact loads, which easily cause fatigue fracture of ordinary steel parts. This project upgrades key load-bearing components for underground transport and support equipment.
Supplied Products: 40Cr hot rolled alloy round bars, Φ40–Φ110 mm. The steel has stable chemical composition and uniform metallographic structure for cutting, forging and precision machining.
Application: Fabrication of conveyor roller shafts, tension pins, scraper bolts and hinge shafts for mining supports.
