SAIC Passenger Vehicle Zhengzhou Plant is SAIC Motor’s core intelligent manufacturing base for complete vehicles and engines, realizing integrated production of automobiles and engines with multiple passenger car models mass‑produced here for global export. Its supply chain widely adopts 20CrMnTi, 40Cr and 1215 round steel to manufacture key auto components including transmission gears, chassis half‑shafts, precision pins for seats and door locks. Thanks to outstanding carburizing wear‑resistance, strength and machinability of round steel, stable and reliable performance of vehicle transmission and chassis systems is guaranteed.
