Annual Production Capacity: Phase I: 80,000 tons (in operation) After the completion of Phase II, the annual output of cold-drawn bright bars will reach 200,000 tons.

The company mainly produces cold-drawn bright bars and ground bars made of free-cutting steel, high, medium and low carbon steel, bearing steel and alloy structural steel, suitable for precision manufacturing requiring high straightness and high roundness. Compared with the substantial material loss caused by conventional lathe machining, cold-drawn bright bars achieve considerable material savings. Featuring precise dimensional tolerance, excellent surface condition and customizable fixed lengths, our products minimize customers’ cutting waste and grinding costs to the greatest extent.
