Introduction

The company is equipped with five sets of Ø1200 inverted wire drawing units. These units are mainly fitted with in-line shot blasting equipment for wire rods, eddy current testers for detecting surface defects of wire rods, grinding equipment for wire rod surface defect repair, and inverted take-up units.

We also own five sets of induction heating heat treatment production lines, which consist of active continuous pay-off devices, induction heating equipment, water quenching cooling systems, in-line through-type and rotary eddy current testers, as well as non-stop automatic shearing and continuous production take-up equipment.

In addition, a professional testing laboratory for spring steel wire has been built, fully equipped with complete testing instruments and equipment for steel wire.

Main Products

The company’s main products are quenched and tempered spring steel wires and quenched & tempered straight bars, including grades such as 55SiCr, 60Si2Mn, 50CrV, 60Si2CrV, 65Mn, etc.
