Introduction

The company operates 3 PLC fully intelligent medium-frequency quenching & tempering heat treatment production lines, 3 centerless turning, chamfering, straightening and burnishing bright bar production lines, 9 centerless grinding bright bar production lines, as well as fully automatic drawing & plating production lines. At present, our annual capacity reaches 100,000 tons for heat treatment, 100,000 tons for turning processing, 50,000 tons for precision grinding and chrome plating, and 10,000 tons for finished anchor bolts.
