It features stable chemical composition, moderate strength, excellent cold/hot processing performance, good weldability and low comprehensive cost. The diameter range is ø12–300 mm, including a full series of domestic and international mainstream grades: Q195, Q215, Q235, Q275, 20#, 35#, 45#, 20Mn, 25Mn, 35Mn, 65Mn, C35, S45C. Widely applicable to general machinery, construction, hardware, auto parts and low-load structural components.

Q series (Q195-Q275): Q = yield strength, figures refer to minimum yield strength value, mainly used for construction brackets, common fasteners, stamping parts.

Digital marks such as 20/35/45: The number represents average carbon mass fraction ×100; higher number means higher carbon content, higher strength and lower plasticity.

Mn series (20Mn/25Mn/35Mn): Added manganese element to improve hardenability and tensile strength, suitable for shaft, gear blank forgings.

65Mn: Medium-high carbon manganese spring carbon steel, good elasticity and fatigue resistance for small springs and elastic shims.
