Introduction:
Quality carbon steel forged round bars are manufactured via hot‑forging process. The forging process refines grain structure, eliminates internal casting defects, and delivers high density, excellent tensile strength and impact toughness. This product series covers grades from 20# to 55# and 16Mn to 65Mn, suitable for heavy‑load mechanical parts under complex working conditions.

• 20#‑35#: Low‑carbon steel, good plasticity and weldability, for low‑to‑medium‑strength structural parts.
• 40#‑55#: Medium‑carbon steel, high strength and hardness after heat treatment, ideal for transmission and load‑bearing components.
• 16Mn: Low‑alloy manganese steel, superior toughness, widely used for pressure‑vessel‑related parts.
• 65Mn: High‑manganese carbon steel, outstanding elasticity and wear resistance, for spring and wear‑resistant components.
